Refund Policy
Welcome to 365 Lead management CRM. These refund rules outline what you can expect from us for the items you buy. They provide a transparent approach to refunds giving you a great platform experience for a fair experience.
One-time End Product fees are non-refundable.you can use 7 days trial. If the end-user has a reason to believe that the payment was charged on error, only then the user can provide written notice to our Customer Support and request to cancel his/her Fee by emailing us at [email protected]
We will not cancel Fees after that time or after an End Product has been downloaded or used outside of the Trueline Solution Site. Eligibility to cancel a Fee will be assessed by our Customer Support team based on a number of factors, including, without limitation, violations of our Terms of Service and improper usage of the 365 Lead Management CRM platform.
